Arthritis pain

Non-surgical, multimodal management of arthritis pain in the DMV.

What it feels like

Arthritis pain is often a stiff, achy start to the day that loosens with movement, then flares after too much activity — or too little. It settles into knees, hips, hands, shoulders, and the low back most often.

What we check at your evaluation

We map which joints are affected, review any prior imaging or lab work, and look at how arthritis pain is limiting your specific daily function. The plan blends movement, in-office therapies, and — when appropriate — targeted injections.

Treatment options we offer

Every plan is individualized after a clinician evaluation. Depending on your situation your plan may draw from steroid or trigger-point injections, guided physical therapy, acupuncture, laser therapy, StemWave (non-invasive shockwave), and — where clinically appropriate and consistent with Maryland law and CDC guidelines — monitored medication management. Treatment plans are set only after clinical evaluation; no outcome is guaranteed.
