What happens at your first visit

  1. Arrive

Come to 11303 Amherst Ave STE 2, Silver Spring. Free parking on site. Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you have one.

  2. Check in — about 15 minutes

Short paperwork and a few questions from our front desk. Filling out the intake form online beforehand makes this faster.

  3. Your evaluation

A clinician takes your history, examines the painful area, and reviews anything you have already tried — medication, therapy, injections, imaging.

  4. Your plan

You leave understanding what we think is going on and what the reasonable next steps are, in plain words. Treatment plans are set only after clinical evaluation.

  5. First treatment where clinically appropriate

Some patients begin the same day. Others need imaging, records, or authorization first. Your clinician will tell you which applies to you.

Individual results vary. Treatment plans are set only after clinical evaluation. We do not guarantee outcomes.
