Post-accident pain
Care for whiplash, back and neck pain, and soft-tissue injuries after a motor-vehicle accident.
What it feels like
Pain after a motor-vehicle or other accident can show up the same day or slowly over the following week — neck stiffness, headaches, low back pain, sore ribs, pain that only shows itself when you try to work or sleep.
What we check at your evaluation
We take a full history of the accident, examine the injured areas, screen for concussion-related symptoms and nerve involvement, and identify whether imaging or specialist referral is indicated. Documentation is straightforward and shared with you.
Treatment options we offer
Every plan is individualized after a clinician evaluation. Depending on your situation your plan may draw from steroid or trigger-point injections, guided physical therapy, acupuncture, laser therapy, StemWave (non-invasive shockwave), and — where clinically appropriate and consistent with Maryland law and CDC guidelines — monitored medication management. Treatment plans are set only after clinical evaluation; no outcome is guaranteed.
