The self-pay evaluation is the same clinician evaluation every patient receives: history, focused exam, review of prior treatment, and an individualized plan. Treatment plans are set only after clinical evaluation, and we do not guarantee outcomes.
If your coverage changes, or if you have secondary coverage we can bill, tell our team and we will check.
