Condition

Work injury

Care for on-the-job injuries — lifting, repetitive strain, and slips.

What it feels like

Work injuries — a lift gone wrong, a slip, repetitive strain from a workstation — often turn into pain that lingers past the acute event. The wrong first plan can drag things out.

What we check at your evaluation

We take a careful history of the injury and the tasks you are trying to return to, exam the affected area, and coordinate documentation your employer or case manager may need.

Treatment options we offer

Every plan is individualized after a clinician evaluation. Depending on your situation your plan may draw from steroid or trigger-point injections, guided physical therapy, acupuncture, laser therapy, StemWave (non-invasive shockwave), and — where clinically appropriate and consistent with Maryland law and CDC guidelines — monitored medication management. Treatment plans are set only after clinical evaluation; no outcome is guaranteed.
